White Hall Farm White Hall Farm is a family operated farm producing quality lamb for the consumer and breeding stock for fellow producers.

Our Registered Katahdins are managed as a low input operation, are hardy, parasite resistant, and produce good gaining lambs. Our lamb is always humanely raised with no antibiotics or added hormones, and processed in a USDA Inspected facility. You are assured of a quality product from our farm to your table. We raise lamb in a pasture based program with the goal of producing a quality product in a

n efficient and healthy manner. Healthy for both the animal and the consumer. We refrain from feedlot style raising of our lambs and place them in open pastures to graze and grow without unnecessary antibiotics and hormones. We chose Katahdin Hair Sheep for our flock with selection emphasis on parasite resistance and forage based feeding systems.
