Red Veined Sorrel - arguably one of the most beautiful microgreens. We typically grow Sorrel to the baby green stage.

Their dramatic red veins and green leaf is highly desirable for plating high end cuisine.

Sorrel has a pronounced lemony tang and can be used as a garnish for some desserts.

We do have Sorrel available for restaurants and caterers only at this time. DM us with inquiries.

We're obsessed with the Green Goddess dressing. We made it tonight and topped it with shrimp and a blend of Radish & Amaranth microgreens. SO DELICIOUS!

Beet microgreens stand out from the crowd with their intense purple stems and vibrant green leaves! They have the same sweet earthy taste and color as the full-grown vegetable. They're a healthy and flavorful addition to your salad.

Come se us at the Keller Farmers Market on Saturday!

FALL IS HERE! We are looking forward to a beautiful Saturday for our October 1st market. Come join us for some community love - eat breakfast, lunch or grab a snack while you shop the wonderful line up of vendors. Our Fun Fall Market will be on the 22nd and the Big Red Barn Petting Zoo will be back out - the kids love the barn and the animals. On the 22nd we will also have trick or treating at the vendor booths - bring a sack and get a jump on the Halloween Fun. Pumpkins are almost ready and will be here staring the 8th of October and will be in full force by the 29th - Pumpkin Day - come get your pumpkins to carve and decorate with. See you on all the Saturdays in October!

We'll have a variety of pre-mixed salads including:
Autumn Mix: A base salad of Sunflower and Pea Shoots with Arugula and Amaranth
Farmers Mix: Our Base salad with Fava Shoots, Carrot and Chives
Base Mix: Each of our salad begins with our base mix. Just Pea and Sunflower Shoots
Nirvana Mix: The most popular by far. Our Base Salad with Broccoli and Radish.

We will also have our single variety microgreen boxes: Sunflower, Broccoli, Zesty Blend, Fava, Red Cabbage, Micro-Basil, Micro-Chives, Radish, Arugula
