Tomorrow will be my first day at the Farm Credit Farmers Market so come on out and get some fresh, healthy microgreens!

Microgreens are adolescent-size vegetables that are 40x more nutritious than their mature, counterpart vegetables.

They can be used in salads, on sandwiches, in soups, in smoothies, in lots of recipes or as garnishment on a variety of dishes! They are packed with vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A, B, K, C, E, magnesium, selenium, sulforaphane (cancer-fighting phytochemical compound) along with iron, zinc and many others!

These are the microgreens I will have ready for this week:

KALE
KHOLRABI
BRUSSELS SPROUTS
SALAD MIX
RED ACRE CABBAGE
RADISH
BROCCOLI
ARUGULA

I am able to provide other microgreens varieties upon request and I do home deliveries in Wayne and Johnston counties.

I only use non-GMO seeds and my microgreens are never sprayed or exposed to pesticides, insecticides or herbicides. They are grown and harvested at my home in Kenly, NC.

My business is Christ-based with the intention of supplying people with healthy, nutritious food and to bring honor to God in all that I do.
