Maria's CheesePuffs are the traditional "pao de queijo" from Brazil. Pao de queijo is a pastry made of tapioca flour, gluten free, cheese, etc. This is a typical pastry enjoyed for breakfast or lunch, or as appetizers. It a great finger food for parties, office meetings, open houses, etc. It is also very popular with children! Our flavors are original (cheese) guava,oregano,garlic,jalapeno, and jalapeno with bacon bits.
