My Dad would be so Proud 🤠

We have waited a long time for this freezer, it is beautiful and it is freezing cold. We couldn’t be happier! We have more than doubled our box space. With the fabulous new lighting there will be no more searching dark corners with a cell phone flashlight. And best of all, we can wheel the meat right in from the processing floor instead of transporting it to another building!
For those who have been with us the last 5 years since the fire can truly understand our excitment!

Just got notice, piglets are coming a little earlier then we thought, we are expecting to do pickups the weekend of April 25th & 26th. The final price is $140/piglet they are expected to be around 50lbs🐖

We are mourning the loss of a great advisor, mentor, teacher and friend; Eddie Mains.

Eddie has been by our side as an invaluable resource for us the past five years. He has helped us with every obstacle we face. He has voluntarily been a part of every step of the construction of our new building with steady and sound advice and remarkable knowledge. We are going to miss his friendship, sense of humor, kindness, encouragement and company more than we can describe. Rest easy Eddie, save us something to butcher when we get there.
