Fall is here so that means great crockpot meals!!!

Mexican black bean chicken
4 frozen chicken breasts
1 can black beans drained
1 jar Stonewall Kitchen black bean salsa
Let cook on high 4 to 5 hrs
1 block of cream cheese last half hr

Serve over rice and top w cheddar cheese

Or put over tortilla chips top with cheddar and serve on game day!!!
