What a beautiful day to wrap up our bi-weekly winter season ☀️ Spring harvest is ramping up, and we have so much fresh goodness headed your way 🌱 Flip through for a very tiny taste of what you’ll find from your farmers, bakers + makers, and swing by from 3-5:30 to stock up on local groceries for the weekend + beyond!

Some early spring produce to enjoy this week:
💚 Wild ramps: short season – NOW is the time!
🧄 Green garlic: harvested before the bulb matures, tender + mild in flavor for cooking or making spring pesto
🧅 Scallions: so fresh – great for grilling or using raw
🌱 Raab: tender spring flower stalks of overwintered brassicas like kale – similar to broccolini and just as sweet, it's great sautéed with that green garlic!
🥕 Carrots: savor the overwintered sweetness
🌿 Cilantro + parsley: fresh flavor bombs packed with nutrients!
🍃 Lots of beautiful tender greens for salads + cooking
