After working for 40 years in the family cheese business, Timothy Merkt, owner of Tim and Tom’s Cheese Shop in Kenosha, will retire on Sept. 12.

After many years of selling cheese and sausage in southeastern Wisconsin, Tim has decided to retire, and the cheese shop will be closing. It has been a privilege to serve our customers, and we will miss all of you. Our post retirement to-do list includes more family time, travel, and new adventures.

Come and visit us for cheese, sausage, antiques, and much more before we close on September 12, 2022!

We will be accepting online orders until June 30, 2022.
