Owner Sarah happened to meet Cleveland Indians Carlos Carassco while working at her other job last week! Without having any idea who he was, she noticed his hand all bandaged (pre-cast) and inquired about the injury. Even after he told her it was from a baseball she didn't realize he's one of our star pitchers! He generously signed his autograph for Sarah's Indians fanatic sister Rachel and they chatted a little more. She told him about Clover Road and that we would be at the Crocker Park farmers market today. Guess who showed up? North Union Farmers Market

We couldn't agree more Jayden! Unfortunately with the heat advisory in place we will not be North Union Farmers Market at Shaker Square or Crocker Park today. Come see us in Chagrin Falls tomorrow, 10-1. We will have plenty of cooler bags and ice packs available. Buy one and get $1 off your cheese. Did you know they make a great lunch box? And as always, stop in and find Clover Road at Metropolitan Market!

Looking to take your holiday bbq to the next level? Make this topping with Everything Bagel cream cheese for hot dogs, burgers and brats that will have all your guests asking, "is it 4th of July yet? " Stop by North Union Farmers Market at Shaker Square Saturday, 8-12 or Crocker Park 9-1. We'll also be in Chagrin Falls Sunday, 10-1!

3 tbsp butter
1 medium bell pepper, sliced thin
1 small onion, sliced thin
1/3 cup heavy cream
6 oz. Everything Bagel cream cheese

1. In a medium frying pan melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add peppers and onions. Cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes or until the onions start to caramelize. Stir occasionally
3. Add heavy cream and stir. As the cream starts to bubble add in the cream cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
4. Top hot dogs, burgers or brats with cheese mixture and serve immediately.
