Just a reminder we won’t be at the market today but the stand is open and stocked with fresh bread, warm cinnamon rolls, sweet berry rolls and organic whole chicken! Come by and see us and treat yourself to something delicious for surviving the first week back to school (or just because 😉).

🌿 This Week at Hilltop Homestead 🌿

We’ve got a cozy menu this week with fresh sourdough, fall-inspired treats, end of summer goodness , and some of our favorites!🍂🍞
We won’t be at the market this week BUT we will have our fresh sourdough cinnamon rolls and sweet berry rolls Friday and Saturday so you can still get your fix! 😃
We will also have a limited amount of our organic chickens available in the stand this week! They vary but average around 4.25lbs and will be priced at $7/lb. They’ll be in the cooler! 🍗

🍞 Organic Sourdough Bread
• Artisan Sourdough – our classic crusty loaf with that perfect sourdough tang
• Jalapeño Cheddar – savory, cheesy & just the right little kick with fresh jalapenos from Tycer Creek Farm🌶️
• Cinnamon Raisin – soft, lightly sweet and swirled with cinnamon & raisins- my absolute favorite for French toast!
• Sourdough Sandwich Loaf – soft, simple and perfect for everyday sandwiches & toast

🍪 Cookies
• Sourdough Brown Butter Chocolate Chip – rich, buttery, chewy and loaded with chocolate
• Toffee Chocolate Chip – chocolate chip cookies with sweet, buttery homemade toffee throughout
• Raspberry Crumble – a sweet-tart raspberry cookie with a buttery crumble finish with fresh picked raspberries from a lovely local family!

🍂 Treats
• Coffee Cake – soft and tender with plenty of buttery cinnamon crumble and sweet glaze 😍
• Pumpkin Crumble Muffins – cozy pumpkin muffins topped with a sweet crumble 🎃
• Sourdough Chocolate Cake – rich, moist and chocolatey
• Sweet Berry Roll – soft, sweet and filled with berry goodness from Underfoot Acres and the Leras family!🫐
• Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls — FRIDAY AND SATURDAY THIS WEEK!🤎

Everything is baked fresh in small batches right here at Hilltop Homestead. Come grab a loaf (and maybe a treat or two 😉) while they last!

I absolutely love using local ingredients, it’s the absolute best to know exactly where your food is coming from!
So you can imagine my delight when a lovely vendor had local fresh milled FLOUR at market last week!! 😍😍 literally grown and harvested right in Selma!! Ahh my excitement!! Here’s my first loaves with it. 60% fresh milled local flour. Cut into while it’s still warm because it doesn’t get better than warm fresh bread with dinner 😅

Good morning! New baby guineas are hatching out this morning 🐣 look how cute they are!
We are open a little early this morning and stocked with fresh warm cinnamon rolls, fresh bread and all kinds of treats! There’s samples in the stand too! These almond croissant sweet rolls were a favorite yesterday! 😍

We’ll be at the Cave Junction Farmers' Market this evening from 4-7! We’ll have warm fresh cinnamon rolls, breads, cookies and more! Including a few of these almond croissant sweet rolls! These are delicious and will be in the stand tomorrow morning also! 😍 Come by and see us!

🌿 Hi friends! Here our cozy menu headed to the farmstand this week, with lots of fresh sourdough, big bakery-style cookies, and some extra special treats. These almond croissant bars are out of this world and my favorite treat of the week!🤎🍞

🍞 ORGANIC SOURDOUGH BREAD
• Artisan Sourdough — our classic crusty loaf with a soft, chewy center
• Cranberry Brie — tart cranberries and creamy brie tucked into sourdough… such a good sweet & savory combo!
• Garlic Olive Pepper — savory, flavorful and packed with garlic, olives & fresh cracked pepper.
• Sunflower Sesame — a hearty seeded loaf with a delicious nutty crunch
• Sandwich Loaf — soft, sliceable sourdough perfect for sandwiches and toast
