This week we welcome Kent Fisher to the stage for some old timey fun! We asked Kent about his music and he had this to say: “I’m never too far away from making and enjoying music. Currently, I’m hosting house concerts at Ol’ Barney in Grants Pass and relishing showcasing music from our multitude of local talent. Thanks, Farmer’s Market, for hosting me and my grab bag of songs, both old and somewhat less old.” Kent has been a staple musician here in the valley and beyond! Come give him a listen and show your support!

Drum roll please… 🥁Here they are! Your winners at the 11th Annual Upcycle Art Contest last Friday at Farmers Market!! 👏👏👏 EVERYONE did such a GREAT job!! It was a very tough decision for the judges! Tomorrow is the Annual UpCycle Contes at Market! In partnership with Southern Oregon Guild, this amazing community event showcases creativity and ingenuity! It’s going to be a great time! Hi! We're inviting KCA friends, family, and community members to come join us tomorrow for a work party. We need to get the place in order before students start showing up. But also: students should show up tomorrow and help (trust us, we're sure the logic is sound!).

The flyer says 9-5pm, but maybe we'll be moving slow and making our coffee from 9:01-9:51am, so can we say 10am? We'll hope to see y'all here! Please and thank you.

Motherline is going to be hanging out with Caveman 4-Wheelers on Sunday, at their Community Outreach event, and we hope you'll come and say Hi! The Caveman group does a ton of cleanup of trash in the woods, plus helps with vehicle recoveries, and we are super excited to find ways to partner with them in upcoming cleanup work.

The more people that are out exploring and enjoying the woods, the less space there is for people who want to do secret things like dumping trash! And if we can all support each other in our stewardship/cleanup efforts, imagine the synergy! Motherline has really appreciated the IV off-roading community's help with the Clean Sweep project, and we look forward to expanded collaboration with the Cavemen 4-Wheelers!
