Wild picked native fruits in the Beauty Berry and Elderberry Jellies. You have probably seen me standing in a ditch alongside the road picking Elderberries and wondered what the crazy person was doing, yep that's me! I have a large garden and most of the zucchini, onions, tomatoes and peppers used in my recipes are harvested from there. I made pickled Okra this year from a friend's garden and it w

as sold out in no time. I can put together any combinations of relish or jelly that you would like, using the produce I have or can procure locally and you can name it! Next year I will be making more hot sauce. I acquired a Carolina Reaper and will be making some wicked stuff out of that, of course if Sheila will leave it alone. Sheila is our dog and thinks that plant needs dumped out at least once a week.
