Market Saturday 9-12. Tons of blueberries and a few raspberries too. Featuring lavender wands . Pop one in your pillow case for improved sleep. They are great stress relievers! Lots of beautiful bouquets and they are only $10!!!

Plant a Seed was a success at the school lunch program today. Many budding gardeners worked with Traip garden interns. The school nutrition program sponsored the event and provided free books and bags of gardening treats. Thanks for coming.

First Market: This Saturday 9-12
Right at Traip Academy 12 Williams Ave. Kittery. Stop by and meet our summer garden interns and get a tour. We will be here for the next ten weeks!

Well, thanks to Kelly Philbrook, we have a beautiful new market stand! She worked with a group of students, following plans, figuring out materials and measurements and assembling. Last minute touches with a sign will be coming but we are ready for our first market Saturday June 27.

Well, we are planted and getting ready for our first Saturday Market June 27. We have had some great volunteers helping with the planting. Apples have been “bagged”. Come learn how this method eliminates 80-90% of pests and diseases that attack apples as they develop.
We hope it will be a productive summer to come. Exciting news: we will have a new market cart. It is being constructed under the direction of Kelly Philbrook and some Traip students. Can’t wait to see the final result. Stop by and meet our ‘26 garden interns. They are always ready to give you a tour!

Thanks to all that came to support our Traip Greenhouse and Garden Program! Just a reminder, that although we are all anxious to get our plants in the ground, some will be happier if left unplanted for another week. All perennials, hardy herbs and veggies are hardened off....go for it! Delay annual flowers, basil and tomatoes for a week.
