Wild Reishi capsules and dried wild white and gold chanterelles soon! This Reishi has been a powerful and noticeable difference to my AM coffee.. a perfect way to also get the long list of health benefits.. helped me power through today with a calm mind :) :)

A large gift of likely a 4lb Reishi yesterday from my friend, Vard Miller!! Thanks Vard! Also—-my son and youngest daughter helped alert me of a large patch of baby white chanterelles on our Saturday family hunt!! 🍄❤️✌️ 🍄 🍄

Amazing wild mushroom hunt just me and the kids last Sunday! Found some Reishi, Powder-coated monkey bench, and Hericium coralloides! Jack found his first Reishi and was so proud… 🍄❤️✌️ 🍄 🍄

So.. finally getting somewhere!! Lol.. wild cloned bears head tooth is upcoming!! Such a beautiful mushroom.. can’t wait. Burning time, during the wait, by being wowed by my wife’s magical sunflower!!

Boy oh boy am I excited to finally have time (and every single needed part [multiple trips]) to finish off a lazy man’s sprinkler system for my wife’s beautiful organic garden full of magic (not that kind) that brims of phytoneutriental majesty… pretty sure I created now a word that needs to be sent to Webster… Anywho more pics to come and glad to save her ~4 hr qd on garden watering… can’t wait for her to see she now will have time to stop and smell the flowers…

Correction: These are the close look alike to umber brown puffballs.. these are earth balls! These are not edible as they are mildly toxic. They look pretty cool though! It was a bit later that I cut one in half to confirm the identity, and it had an olive/black core. This is the difijitive test. All edible puffballs are soft and spongy, NO sinus/space anywhere when in cross section, and are pure white throughout. They also release, when mature, spores from a pore-like structure on top, whereas the lookalikes (including this one) more like “rip/tear” open, to release spores.

Charged the truck -> went for more. 🍄❤️✌️ 🍄 🍄

Found some Lycoperdon umbrinum out in the wild last night. Thought I had won the day pretty well, then get back to my truck and had a dead battery 🤣🤣🤣🥲 I was like, “touché, family of umber-brown puffballs;”… (it was #2 of my most rediculously easy finds.. and first find of this variety.)
