We take pride in the dominion God gave us over the Land and the Critters placed in our care. Together with our 4 children we started Penhall Farms about 20 years ago We weren't much for milking but started raising baby calves on an old Milk Cow. Our herd has now become 70 + and none of our Livestock have ever been vaccinated or given antibiotics. They are pastured here from the womb to the tomb.
We take pride in quality herdsman ship and the welfare of our stock. I ( Teresa ) teach monthly classes on farm wife things like, Cheddar Cheese Making, or churning butter, kefir, Sour Cream, Chicken plucking 101, Lacto-Fermented Vegetables, Bread making, Cow Milking, Most anything you want to know about self-sustaining we can teach you.
