After a long wait, we are happy to have Sottocenere al Tartufo back in the case!

This cheese hails from Italy and features an ash rind enhanced with cinnamon, nutmeg, licorice, fennel, cloves, anise and truffle oil, plus black truffle throughout the paste of the cheese.

Saturday plans? We’ve got your afternoon and evening mapped out. Whether you’re stopping by after running errands or meeting up for date night, we invite you to swing by to relax and unwind.

​Here are 3 fun ways to mix and match your Saturday with us:

🍷Sip while you shop: Grab a glass or a bottle of wine at Sparrow Wine Bar (open 3-9PM) and bring it over to Euphoric Cheese Shop to taste cheese and browse our cases while you sip.

🧀 ​Build your own board: Head into the cheese shop first (open 11AM-7PM) to pick out your favorite cheeses. We’ll arrange them on a board for you to take over to Sparrow, where you can find the perfect pour to match.

😎 ​The curated experience: Settle in at Sparrow — either inside or out on the patio if the weather cooperates! — and order a dedicated wine and cheese flight or charcuterie board designed by our team for a paired, effortless experience.

​We focus on incredible flavors, a great atmosphere, and the freedom to enjoy your Saturday how you want to.

This weekend, we celebrate our moms, and where words fail, sometimes cheese says just the right thing. 🧀💐

If you're looking for a thoughtful gift to say Happy Mother's Day, we have beautiful boards and French butter, tea towels and Tea Rose cheese covered with edible flowers. Every once in a while, we get the opportunity to travel somewhere new in search of cheese shops, wine bars, and adventure. We found all three on a recent trip to the southern California desert and thought we'd share a few pics here. 😊

🧀 We visited THE WINE & CHEESE SHOP ON EL PASEO and tasted a cheese we'd never had before (a charcoal and lemon Gouda that we are trying to bring to our shop now!) and picked up some snacks to enjoy on our hikes.

🏜 The "adventure" portion of the trip included a visit to Joshua Tree National Park and some incredible slot canyons and long range views at the Mecca Hills Wilderness area.

🍽 Spent some time at Shields Date Garden to learn about how dates grow (there are a lot of date farms in the Palm Springs area) and found inspiration at a local restaurant for a new date-related menu item at Sparrow Wine Bar.

🥂 Speaking of wine bars, we enjoyed the ambience and a glass of wine at La Fe Wine Bar as we contemplated some menu updates for Sparrow.

🍸🌌 We finished off the trip with dirty martinis and dark skies (look at those stars!) and returned inspired and motivated to keep refining and improving the businesses we are blessed to steward.
