YES! We made chili lime this week and yes we have it at fairgrounds. Chili lime is made with organic yellow bell peppers from local Eckerton Hill Farm right here in the Oley Valley. This seasonal juice has a yellow pepper base with organic lime, organic pineapple, local pear and apple along with aji dulce and grenada seasoning peppers to add layers of flavor and jalapeño pepper for a final kicker in the back of the throat. Think healthy nutrient dense margarita mixer! You can rim a glass with salt and add your favorite tequila for a delicious cocktail! or just enjoy it on its own.
