It’s that time of year again we made a large batch of local Morel Mushroom 🍄 Swiss 🧀 Smoked Sausage… well if that isn’t a mouth full. We also made a batch of Summer Sausage, as you can see they are quite a bit more in price because of the Mushrooms. If you haven’t had them they are pretty amazing!
