This week will be the last week that I am taking orders for roasted packed and peeled. I want to ensure that everyone who has placed their order will receive their chilies. I am no longer taking orders for ugly and Mira Sol. I still have a lot of mild medium and hot Anaheim available. I will still take orders for roasted chile till the end of the season.

We have chilies available for roasting now. The only varieties we do not have available are ugly and poblano. If you are wanting a roasted, peeled, and packed order, you will need to call and get on waiting list. If you have any questions, please call us at 719–254–7280.
