Chicken Breast ~ teriyaki marinade, roasted
Carne Asada ~ steak seasoning, pan seared
Ground Turkey ~ zesty spanish, pan seared
Salmon ~ lemon pepper, roasted
Swai ~ cilantro lime, steamed
Shrimp ~ garlic herb, sautéed.
Carbs: white rice, brown rice, roasted red potatoes, roasted yams.
Veggies: roasted broccoli, roasted cauliflower, steamed green beans, sautéed bell peppers and onions.

I used to not want to get photos done because I didn’t feel like my meals were perfect. But Now I understand that we all got to start somewhere. It just takes the first step. Have a little faith and it will go a long way. Thank you .morcilla for taking the time!

My before and after. From when I used to weigh 580lbs to now 430lbs. I found my passion in cooking and living a healthy lifestyle. I still struggle but what is always there to help me get back on track is my meal prep.
Meal prepping is what gave me my second chance at life. It revived my life 😁. I love to cook and want to share that with all of you!
