This Saturday, Easton & Ashlyn are taking Lil’ Sprouts to Downtown LaGrange for Little Entrepreneurs Day!

These two have been working hard on handmade crafts and getting ready to show off their creations! They’ll also have some garden favorites:

As our Lil’ Sprouts season starts to wind down, we just want to say THANK YOU!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our little stand, supported, shared our posts, tried something new, and came back week after week for fresh produce and goodies. Every purchase, kind word, and bit of support has meant so much to our family!

Watching our little ideas grow throughout the season has been pretty amazing, and we couldn’t have done it without all of you.

But don’t worry... we aren’t done just yet!

You can still find us at the LaGrange Farmers Market for Little Entrepreneurs Day on September 12 from 9:00 AM–1:30 PM. We would love to see you there and finish the season with one more fun day!

Good morning from Lil Sprouts!

Consider this your morning reminder to grab some freshly picked produce for the day! There’s nothing better than crisp summer mornings and fresh vegetables straight from the garden.

Try this easy summer recipe:

**Garden Veggie Frittata**
Whisk together 6 eggs, then add chopped tomatoes, zucchini, onions, peppers, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased oven-safe skillet, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 375°F for about 15–20 minutes, until set.

Simple, fresh, and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

We have TONS of fresh tomatoes right now! Perfect for BLTs, fresh salsa, sandwiches, or this easy summer favorite:
🍅 Fresh Tomato Bruschetta
4–5 fresh tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh basil, chopped
1–2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper
Toasted bread
Mix the tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper. Let it sit for 15–20 minutes, then spoon it over toasted bread. Simple, fresh and so good!

And don’t forget to try our pickled watermelon rind — sweet, tangy and crunchy!

Fresh corn tastes even better when you pick it straight from the garden… even if you’re still in your pajamas and bathrobe!

We had to do a little taste test right there in the garden, and let’s just say… it passed.

Try it yourself! Get your fresh-picked corn while you can, especially with the rain and storms rolling in.

Someone has officially taken over garden security!
With our trusty guard dog keeping watch, we can sleep a little easier knowing the garden is in good hands.
And this week is shaping up to be a good one at Lil’ Sprouts!
Our FIRST sweet corn will be ready this week, and we’ll also have our last picking of green beans. The tomatoes are coming on strong, including lots of cherry tomatoes.
