Tonight is the start of a BIG WEEK for music, food and fun!

FRIDAY JUNE 20th, 7PM-10PM: Music at Mars: The Fixins with Courtney Daly & the Daly Grind (502 Henderson Street, behind the Mars Theater) Start your weekend off right with hot music from the 70s, 80s, 90s and now, and amazing food under the stars.

SATURDAY JUNE 21st, 9AM-1PM: Our weekly LaFayette Farmers Market at the Market Pavilion!(100 E Villanow Street) Fresh local produce and handmade crafts. Its a makers-only market and worth the visit!

SATURDAY JUNE 21st, 10AM-2PM: Corners of the World Culture Festival at the Downtown Commons (107 E Lafayette Square). Our local youth are inviting you to celebrate the many cultures represented right here in LaFayette with performances by Top Martial Arts Lafayette and food by Vienna Bier Garten Station House of LaFayette, Toki Hibachi Sushi, language learning stations and more! This is a student-led event by the LHS Junior City Council

FRIDAY JUNE 27th, 5PM-10PM: LaFayette Freedom Festival at the Ross Abney Complex (101 1st Street.) Performances by Fallon and the Smoke Show and Chuck Martin and the Line-Up. Fireworks at 10PM.

Join us on our opening day of the LaFayette Farmers Market in our brand new pavilion! The festivities kick off on April 26th from 9am to 1pm, with a special ribbon cutting ceremony at 8:45am. With over 40 vendors including makers, bakers, and farmers, there will be plenty of delicious food and live music to enjoy. Don't miss out on our plant sale as well!

1. When is the first Farmers Market?
🍅April 26th 🌎 Earth Day 9am-1pm!

2. How do I become a Vendor?
🍅Attend a market meeting

3. When is the vendor market meeting?
🍅Vendor Market meetings will be announced soon. Within the next 2 weeks. They will be held in March. We will have 2 meetings and possible vendors would need to attend 1 meeting. We will announce on fb of market meeting dates.

4. Do I Have to attend a meeting to
become a season vendor?
🍅Yes, must attend a meeting. If I attend the meeting am I a vendor? The answer is I don't know. I believe we will need go through a selection process as our market has gained popularity. We will try!

5. What permits or license do I need to sell anything edible.
You can attend a free class held by GA dept AG, UGA, and USDA here in walker county on Feb 11th. See post on our fb news feed in regards to info. Or you may visit https://agr.georgia.gov/licensing

6. Will I ever be asked for payment to reserve a spot online?
🍅NO, we have a significant amount of scammers so beware.

We can't wait for our 3rd LaFayette Farmers Market Season 😍. It's been a dream of a market and community! Stay tuned.
