*2 oz gin
* 1 oz heavy cream
* 1 egg white
* ½ oz fresh lemon juice
* ½ oz fresh lime juice
* ¾ oz simple syrup
* 2–3 drops orange flower water
* 1–2 drops vanilla extract (optional but common)
* Club soda to top

This drink requires an unusually long shake—historically 10–15 minutes by multiple bartenders—to create its signature airy texture. Today, most bartenders use a dry shake followed by an ice shake, which achieves a similar result in a much shorter time.

You can count on this beverage tasting surprisingly light, bright and refreshing despite the egg white and heavy cream! Think lemonade with botanical notes and a creamy milkshake like foam!
