We are a local Hudson Valley business specializing in smoked meats and poultry. All of our products are processed in our Lagrangeville, NY location. Using quality ingredients in the production process, we are able to provide great tasting smoked as well as fresh products. We are USDA and State Inspected.
We service a wide range of customers from leading grocery stores such as Hannafords, Tops & Adam’s as well as many smaller farm markets and natural markets. Through delivery and UPS we are able to provide for many local restaurants as well as companies nation wide. We are also open Monday-Friday 8-4 for walk-in retail customers
