Istanbul taste bud prepping for our upcoming trip! Since the city spans across two continents, this is a taste of both Europe and Asia: the Havuc Salatasi (carrot salad) is a classic Istanbul dish made with tahini, garlic and Greek yogurt + the Asian Soba Noodles are bursting with flavor from lots of sesame oil, almond slivers, sesame seeds and cilantro.
