Our team works incredibly hard every single day to serve you, but we want to make our standards very clear. Our staff deserves to be treated with patience, kindness, and basic respect.
During busy dinner rushes, especially when big unexpected orders come in or equipment acts up; our crew is constantly juggling every station, from taking orders and dipping ice cream to running the ovens and prepping dough. They are working as fast and as hard as humanly possible to get your food to you.
We understand that wait times during busy hours can be frustrating, but taking that frustration out on our team is never acceptable. Yelling at our staff, giving them attitude, or tossing items at them across the counter crosses a line.
Our employees are the heart of what we do. They are human beings working hard to feed this community, and we will always stand up for their right to a safe, respectful workplace.
To the vast majority of our customers who show up with patience, warm smiles, and understanding when we're running fast, thank you! You make the hard days worth it, and we appreciate you more than you know.
