Crazy what $10/lb buys these days…

For about the same price per pound, you can choose between highly processed snacks - or pasture-raised, nutrient-dense beef.

We’re not here to tell you what to buy - just offering a little perspective.

With the drought we’ve been experiencing here in Florida, grass isn’t growing as quickly as it should. That means we have to be more intentional about how we care for both our land and our animals.

Right now, we’re practicing rotational grazing every 2 days—moving our cattle to fresh pasture more frequently so:

🌱 The grass they just grazed has time to rest and regrow
🐄 The herd always has access to enough quality forage
🌎 The soil stays healthy, even in tough conditions

It’s a little more work on our end, but it’s what keeps our system sustainable—especially during seasons like this.

Good farming isn’t about doing what’s easiest… It’s about doing what’s right for the land and the animals.

And right now, this is what that looks like.

Our first delivery to these areas is happening May 13th.
