☘️ St. Patrick’s Day is almost here… and the corned beef has arrived! ☘️
If you’re planning the classic corned beef & cabbage dinner, we’ve got you covered. Our corned beef is ready to go and perfect for a slow simmer that will make your whole house smell amazing.
Easy St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Idea:
1️⃣ Place corned beef in a large pot and cover with water.
2️⃣ Add the seasoning packet, onions, garlic, and a couple bay leaves.
3️⃣ Simmer low & slow for about 3 hours.
4️⃣ Toss in potatoes, carrots, and cabbage for the last 30 minutes.
Slice it up, grab some mustard, and enjoy a plate that would make any Irish grandma proud. 🇮🇪
Fun Fact:
Corned beef is strongly associated with Ireland, but the tradition actually became popular among Irish immigrants in New York City who swapped expensive bacon for the more affordable corned beef they found at local butcher shops!
