The UF/IFAS Highlands County Extension office will be hosting a Cottage Food 101 class on Thursday, September 24. It will be held from 5:30-7pm at the Bert J. Harris Jr. Agricultural Center in Sebring (4509 George Blvd), and dinner will be provided. Hope to see you there!

Our last Summer weekend before our Season Opener Labor Day weekend. We have so much Gratitude for the vendors who have endured the summer heat to continue to share their creations over the summer months. We have been excited to see how much of the community has been coming each week to support all these incredible vendors.

During the summer, we have also had both the The Market Hub and The Market Hub Bakery & Kitchen open to provide you handcrafted creative items and food items during the week and into the evenings. Thank you for all the positive feedback, the support and affirming that there was a need for this in our community!

We look forward to season starting and giving you more ways to support local micro businesses.
