Hey neighbors, we have a quick update about this Saturday's market.

With the weather forecast calling for thunder, we've decided to cancel this weekend's market. It wasn't an easy decision, but keeping our vendors and community members safe is what matters most.

We'll be back Saturday, September 19th, and we can't wait to see everyone then. More details coming soon.

The Tackett’s Mill Farmers Market has been part of our center for nearly ten years. We truly appreciate your support and the friendships we’ve built along the way. Now, we’re excited to share something new that we’ve been planning for the past few months. Starting Saturday, August 22nd, we’ll host a Community Market every third Saturday of the month from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This is NOT a Farmers Market. We’re inviting vendors who offer vintage clothing, handcrafted goods, antiques, and
specialty items. We do have limited slots for food vendors, but vendors of the aforementioned categories are prioritized. If you’re a vendor interested in participating, please complete the application at the following link.

We are saddened to report a water main break in the county's drinking water supply drained through Tackett's Mill's Lakeside pond and the high chlorine content caused the fish and turtles to die.
The Tackett's Mill Foundation is working with the county to clean and restore the pond's natural beauty.

A special thanks to our vendors who have worked tirelessly sometimes through rain or scorching heat to be present for the market to A special thanks to D’Andrea Wooten, the Market Manager whose work made this Market Possible.And David from Daddy’s Chili, who worked hard behind the scenes with D’Andrea to bring this vision to fruition.
