🌟 Vendor Spotlight 🌟
Harry and Sabrina from Cope Grass Farm Meats have been part of the Lake St. Louis Farmers & Artists Market for 10 years. Their family farm has been rooted in Truxton, Missouri for more than 150 years, with Harry representing the fourth generation and Sabrina proudly carrying on the legacy as the fifth generation.
Cope Grass Farm incorporates regenerative farming practices, including rotational grazing, to promote healthy soil and healthy animals. Their commitment to transparency and stewardship of the land is reflected in everything they do. They are also one of only seven farms in Missouri certified by the Audubon Society, helping provide critical habitat for grassland birds through their farming practices. At their booth, you'll find a variety of regeneratively raised meats, including beef, pork, lamb, duck, and turkey.
