Our Story

Hello Tamale Lovers and friends!

Where do I begin in this adventure?

We started making tamales about 6 years ago from an old family recipe that was handed down to us. It first started as an adventure for my husband and I to do together one evening because we we’re bored...I know right? So we made 100 and decided to give some out to friends and colleges. The response was very over whelming with the feed back we were getting from people that said we should start selling them at the local farmers markets. I was thinking to myself, “There is no way, people would think I was crazy. I had no intention of trying it.” A year later we were at the local Lake Wales Farmers Market, and now 5 years later we have a large customer base that reaches air force basis in Missouri that are contacting us to ship tamales out of state because they heard how amazing they are! We love our tamale customers, you have made it a blessing to do this. We are continuing to grow in our page, other social media web pages, farmers markets and our product in general.
