While rehearsing for tours, at soundstages near,i found my self selling the meats i smoked for different barbar battles

From these humble beginnings, it has grown into a full blown catering operation. Big Man's BBQ can supply foods, and even come to your event with it's "smoker on wheels", to prepare the meats on the spot. Allow us to cater your Weddings, comapny picknics, corporate events,holidays,sporting events and any other occasion we forgot to mention.
