Home grown roast beef, and home grown onions!
This roast was about 2.5 inches thick, and as big as my giant cast iron pan. I season it, put it in the oven on broil at 425° for 30 minutes. Turned off the oven while I cooked the onions then took it out and sliced it up. I should have took it out about 5 minutes sooner, but still so good!
We have 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef ready for the processor.
