🔥CALLING ALL HUNTERS🔥

With hunting season upon us, we know a lot of our customers are going to be out trying to bag themselves some game to stock up on some delicious steaks and roasts. Whether it's mule deer, elk, pronghorn, or anything else, there's always some leftover meat trim. Don't let it go to waste this year, and make some sausage at home!

For lean meats like most wild game you'll find in Colorado, we recommend grinding that leftover trim with either beef or pork fat. This helps the sausage stay juicy while you're cooking it! We also sell packs of seasoning for your own batches of sausage, like Roasted Garlic, Bratwurst, Italian, Polish, and Breakfast.

We recently made the switch from Iowa Gold Pork to Duroc Pork! Duroc pigs are regarded as some of the highest quality in the industry when it comes to pork flavor, marbling, and tenderness. We here at the shop have noticed a drastic difference in flavor of Duroc pork when stacked up against most other pig breeds.
