Happy Mardi Gras,
Mardi Gras Night I always reflect on the Past , both good and not so good. Things change, adreses change, you loose loved ones, but you always have your memories. you cannot change history, you must embrace it and learn from it.

And thank you to all the people who posted such nice comments on Lancaster County Take Out last month. Made me smile. A lot.

Sloppy Janes has been through a long bumpy road for the last 11 years. We are working on some things for the future. If things work out you may be able to buy Sloppy Janes Creole Mayonnaise and Cajun dipping Sauce at a local store. It is possible Sloppy Janes may open another Restaurant in 12 to 18 months. In Cape Coral Florida. It's time to leave Lancaster and all it's memories.

Friends, when i started my new job the general manager promised me we could do a Mardi Gras. I can tell you now that that General manager is gone. We are not going to do a proper Mardi Gras. I have still not disclosed where i am working, and at this point i still will not. These people do not deserve your business. I have some very dedicated, passionate and artistic people working for me. This takes nothing away from them and the hard work they do.
