Wild Crow Pie Co. is a longtime favorite here at the Bayview Farmers Market, known for their thoughtfully made, small-batch pies crafted right here on Whidbey Island.

They focus on organic, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, letting the seasons guide what shows up in their cases each week—from fruit-filled sweet pies to savory options that highlight the best of local farms. Everything is made from scratch, with a clear commitment to quality and care in the process.

If you’ve spent time at the market, chances are you’ve seen their beautiful pies (or maybe already have a favorite). They’re a wonderful example of the kind of makers we’re lucky to have in our community.

🥁✨ Live Music this week: Rubatano Marimba! ✨🥁

One of our favorite parts of market days? The incredible variety of live music that fills the air each week—and tomorrow, we’re excited to welcome Rubatano to the lineup! 🌿🎶

Led by the wonderful Dana Moffett, this lively group brings the joyful, high-energy sounds of traditional Zimbabwean marimba music—full of rich rhythms, layered melodies, and feel-good vibes. 💛

Like all of our amazing market musicians, Rubatano creates an atmosphere that makes wandering the booths, connecting with friends, and soaking up the day even more special, music you hear, but also feel! 🥁✨

There’s something extra special about a market morning filled with incredible baked goods… and Bar K Trading Post Bakery is one of the wonderful stops helping make that magic happen 🥖✨

As part of our talented lineup of local bakers, Bar K brings their own cozy, rustic charm to the mix—offering small-batch, from-scratch treats that feel simple, hearty, and made with care.

You’ll often find rustic loaves like traditional roasted garlic, garden rosemary, and olive, alongside beautiful challah breads (mini and full size) and classic baguettes. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, keep an eye out for cinnamon rolls in flavors like traditional, berry, and orange, plus banana bread, zucchini bread, and a rotating spread of treats—cookies, red velvet and carrot cake, baklava, caramels, fudge, and so much more.

Their table is always a welcoming place to pause, browse, and pick out something delicious to take home (or enjoy right away—we won’t judge 😉).

One of the things we love most about our market is the variety each bakery brings, and Bar K Trading Post Bakery is a wonderful part of that story.

Be sure to swing by, say hello, and see what they’ve brought for you this weekend!
