It's all happening right now at Revolution Farms
Moisture – Oxygen – Warmth – Ambient Lighting

These are the factors a seed needs to transform into a seedling! As these factors spur growth in a seed, the embryonic root, stem, and leaves emerge from dormancy and form. In a short time, the epicotyl erupts from the soil, allowing the plant to begin photosynthesis, which will completely dictate its growth throughout its life cycle.

We have growth happening now – our onions are sprouting, our geraniums are emerging, and our Team Members are leading the way into the 2026 growing season.

Faces on the Farm
Meet Josh Hasselbach, who’s been growing with Revolution Farms - East for 3 years and 4 months!

What is your favorite part of working at Rev Farms/Peckham? - Peckham facilitates a great work-life balance. I love that I have a good work schedule but then have time to enjoy my personal life.

Why do you enjoy showing up to work? - I have a profound sense of pride in the unity I feel with my coworkers at Rev East.

Why is Peckham special? - I love how easy it is to understand Peckham's mission, as well as understand who the people of Peckham really are.

What is a fun fact about you? - My favorite hobby is ceramic painting.

Throwing it back to some early days at Farm

Bob and Shon spreading hay between rows of strawberries to help prevent w**d growth in the summer of 2017. The tractor in the photo? Our trusty JD 5205, still hard at work on the farm today.

From then to now, it’s the same hands, the same heart, and the same commitment to growing something meaningful. 💚

What’s Buzzing at Revolution Farms?
BEES!
Bees play a large role in indoor strawberry farming: pollination!
Revolution Farms is a controlled environment farm. Our strawberries can’t rely on wind or outdoor insects during the growing process. Instead, we work with managed bee populations that do what they do best: pollinate!

Pollination is the transfer of pollen on the flower, allowing the plant to produce fruit and seeds. Temperature, humidity, lighting, and pest management are optimized so both plants and pollinators can thrive. This process allows flowers to develop into the flavorful strawberries you and your family enjoy.

We partner with Koppert US and use their Natupol pollinator boxes to create our beautiful, flavorful strawberries year-round.
