Last but not least is Wyatt! He is a senior representing Eastside! Wyatt is fresh out of 10 week basic combat training in South Carolina.

Wyatt enjoys mechanics, hunting, and fishing. He was already skilled with a knife with his past history of deer skinning. Wyatt has also participated in FFA at Eastside for 4 years.

Wyatt's favorite part of the butcher shop is listening to all the stories at the table 🤣

Wyatt will be leaving next June for the U.S. Army. His goal is to be a MP (military police officer) and then once retired, he would like to continue that occupation home as a local police officer.

Next up is Braightyn! He is a senior at East Noble. From the moment he walked into the shop, he has been making our facility squeaky clean. His job duties range from cleaning to processing and everything in between!

Braightyn enjoys hunting, fishing, landscaping and mechanic work.

He has played baseball ⚾️, and football 🏉. He has participated in bmx riding competitions and currently he is an East Noble Wrestler!

Braightyn favorite part of the shop is the friendly work environment.

Braightyn is currently undecided in regards to his career aspects. He is keeping his options open.

Our last athlete of the day is our own Brookie Cookie. She is a Junior at East Noble where she plays girls flag football 🏈 and basketball 🏀.

The butcher shop has been her 2nd home for 4 years now. She understands the entire process from raising cattle to observing on the slaughter floor to wrapping meat and waiting on customers.

On the farm she is our operator. She enjoys running any equipment and does a fantastic job.

Brook would like to pursue a career in Agronomy. She is currently undecided of where she would like to attend college but she knows she wants to be close to home.

Next up is Avalynn! She is one of the Queens on the East Noble basketball court!🏀 She also plays volleyball 🏐 and manages softball ⚾️. In her spare time Avalynn enjoys reading and baking 🎂.

Avalynn's favorite part of the butcher shop is the kind and welcoming staff! She states that everyone is super nice!

Avalynn hopes to major in nursing where she can work in the labor and delivery dept. Her dream is to attend Butler University.

Today we will be featuring are interns who enjoy athletics!

First up is Jaycob. Coming in at 6'4, a senior at East Noble High School, plays on the basketball 🏀 team and baseball ⚾️ team. He also enjoys working out several days a week and hanging out with friends.

Jaycob's favorite part of the butcher shop is meeting new people in a fun work environment.

Jaycob's future plans is to study sport medicine or physical therapy. He has his eyes set on IU, Ball State or Adrian college.

Next up is Tyler! He is a Junior from Central Noble. Tyler has been employed with us at the shop for nearly a year but has decided to go a different route this year and become an intern on our farm. He has been great help in the mornings attending to the baby calves.

Tyler is a 2 year 4H member showing beef and goats. He is involved with the Central Noble FFA team where he participates in animal and meat judging.

After high school, Tyler is planing on attending Kansas State where he hopes to be on the meat judging team. Tyler's plan is to study Ag business and hopefully own a cattle farm someday.
