When you can see the difference in size and bulk of a menstruating uterus vs a Non menstruating uterus it is easier to appreciate the physical feelings of heaviness and fullness we may experience each month. (And why we prefer our sweatpants over skinny jeans that week). This image depicts the growth at near 50% increase. About 15% is much more reasonable...the concept is correct though. May this validate all you feel physically.

Well I don’t post a lot. Mainly because I’m busy! I just wanted to say, taking care of your body is hard work. We all wish we could allocate one day of the week for a spa day. Who has the time or money to take a whole day of pampering? I have never been able to do that. I got things to do! So I thought I’d let you know, I take care of one part of my body per day. Yep 👍 that day I wash it, stub it, Massage it, and moisture it perfectly. Seems like an easier task that way.
