Heyyyy! It’s our birthday! 🎉
In May of 2023, we opened the store.
From the outside, it looked like a milestone. And it was. But like most things at the beginning, it came with more uncertainty than clarity.
We weren’t “established,” we were just building in real time.
We had a vision for what this could become — a space where people could taste before they bought, ask questions, and actually understand what they were bringing into their kitchen.
So we kept going.
The work was relentless. It demanded a level of commitment and grit we had never experienced before. But we were determined to figure it out.
What we didn’t expect was how quickly this would become something more than a store.
People came in and stayed.
They asked questions. They compared. They came back.
The tasting bar became the center of it all.
And somewhere along the way, this turned into something we weren’t building alone.
We had so many early supporters, and over time, Arbosana turned into a community.
Three Years Later
Today, a lot has changed.
The space has become home to us.
The shelves are fuller.
The systems are stronger.
The team is growing.
But at the core, it honestly still feels the same.
We’re still tasting everything.
Still guiding conversations at the bar.
Still helping people discover better ways to bring health, flavor, and new combinations into their kitchen.
