Crispy Sweet Potato Smashed Potatoes with Feta Cream and Honey Drizzle

Ingredients:

For the Sweet Potatoes

2 large sweet potatoes, cut into thick rounds
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

For the Feta Cream

150 g feta cheese
½ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
