Biography
Big Andy's was originally created alongside Melteez Gourmet Grilled Cheese food truck. I created a line of dips and sauces to compliment Melteez sandwiches. We served a Creamy robust Tomato, Garlic Parmesan, and a Cool creamy Chipotle. My name as you could've guessed is Andy, and I am a sauce fanatic/creator. Way before Melteez came to be, I've been experimenting and perfecting sauces s
ince I can remember. At the age of 6 you could've found me in my parents kitchen in the wee hours of the morning mixing together all the condiments and sauces in the fridge in an attempt to create something tasty. Since those days, I have created a number of sauces that tantalize and satisfy. Along with the three years spent food truckin', I also attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. I have recently decided to take my collected experiences, knowledge and unbridled passion for flavor to a new frontier. "fatwraps" Will be the newest edition to the Big Andy's brand. First up is the "carne", filled with tangy garlic-lime marinated steak, truffle fries, and a signature cilantro lime cream sauce. Next up is the "fatbird", filled with tender chicken breast, Monterey Jack, Applewood bacon, garlic fries, and a tangy unique ranch cream. For the third selection you can skip the protein and go with the "tater". Your choice of garlic fries or truffle fries, made either "cilantro lime" style or ranch style. I will create more wraps for the menu as the name gains recognition and the brand evolves. Thanks for checkin' us out!
