ce Beef from Nebraska as well the 1855 Brand premium Black Angus program. We also carry U.S.D.A. Prime Dry-Aged Beef, Wagyu Kobe Style Beef from Greg Norman or Darling Down all grades available. Kurobuta Berkshire Breed Pork, Boarshead Brand Deli Meats, Colorado Lamb, and Exotics such as Elk, Venison, Buffalo, Gator, Quail, Partridge, Rabbit, Pheasant, Turtle, Rattlesnake, and Squab just to name a few. We also specialize in the finest Seafood available. Chilean Seabass, Ahi Tuna, Salmon, Halibut, Mahi Mahi, , Live Lobsters, and as always special orders are welcome. We will gladely custom cut anything for you but we also offer a full display case for you to chose from as well. 20 YEARS! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who came out this past Saturday to celebrate our 20 years of business in Las Vegas! That’s 20 years of serving our community and building relationships.
