OUR PULLED HAM BBQ
We smoke our hams with hardwood, we never use liquid smoke. A delicious smoked ham flavor comes from slow cooking with a brown sugar rub. Addin our own made sauce makes this an awesome sandwich or delicious enjoyed on its own.

We use three types of beans, are double smoked bacon and ham, cook low and slow in our special sauce. These baked beans have been a Friday staple at our storefront. An awesome side dish and some eat them as a main course

OUR ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND MUSHROOMS
We start off with fresh cuts of pork and grind them to make Fierro's famous Italian sausage. This recipe is the original recipe my grandfather started many decades ago. We fry the sausage with fresh sweet peppers, a few onions, mushrooms and of course some garlic. We mix that all in our homemade tomato sauce. Takes great in a hoagie bun or on its own

This is a perfect trio of veggies, pasta and Italian meat and cheese. We have been making this salad in our storefront for countless years using our own special recipe salad dressing. The ultimate accompaniment to any outdoor or indoor party.

THE ONE AND ONLY HOT MIX, MARINATED VEGETABLE SALAD
This product has truly been all over the country. Yes, this is the one you've heard people talk about. We developed this because we enjoy marinated vegetables and peppers as an accompaniment to almost any meal. We also go with love thoroughly through all our peppers and make sure there are no stems in our mix. We marinate cauliflower, carrots, celery, three different types of peppers, and a sprinkle of garlic, onion and green tomatoes. The secret is in the sauce. This sauce was a creation on our own and makes this marinade an All-Star. People have taken this hot mix and chopped it and made a Delicious sandwich spread. Any of the remaining marinade has always been used as a good dipping sauce with the best of the best Senapes bread.
