This weather’s got us feeling all the feels: Trees budding, Flowers blooming, Tomatoes are expensive.

So…ROASTED VEGGIE SANDWICH it is.

Roasted zucchini, Squash, Garlic, Onions, Feta Cheese, Sprouts, Fried Chickpea crumble on a Hoagie.

Not so) Fun fact: restaurants aren’t immune to higher prices for meat, produce, etc.

The price of tomatoes and beef has gotten pretty high. So, instead of removing those items from our menu, leaving us with half of a menu, we’ve had to make the decision to raise the prices of a few things.

This was not an easy decision. But a necessary one. It was either this, or take out a loan every time we needed a case of tomatoes. And with our credit, that’s just not possible.

Once prices stabilize we will make other necessary adjustments.
