Assortedwhatnot Egg Stand Hi! My name is Karen and we have a small, local, self serve egg stand on the southeast side of Lawrence, KS.

I also love herbs, flowers, gardening and sewing, so I'm hoping to add some 'assortedwhatnot' very soon. Definition: "Assortedwhatnot" A collection of miscellaneous or varied items. An informal way to refer to a group of things that don't necessarily have a specific theme or category, and might include different kinds of objects, items, or even people. The term "whatnot" itself implies a vague and undefined collection of objects.

Good news, the chickens are done molting so egg production is back up. 🐔
The bad news is that my flowers are at the end of the season and in rough shape. There isn't enough to put out fresh bouquets, so this is the last one for the season. 😟

The hooligans (chickens) are loving bug season and the cooler temps. 🐔🐓🐥

Oh ya, next year i'm going to ramp up the flower offerings so if anyone has any jars, let me know. You can leave them at the stand, or I can do a drive by porch pick up. Thanks!

Hello everyone! Local Kansas folks seeking a low-key sunflower fix on the south side of town should consider Hunsinger Sunflower Field. At $2 per stem, we were able to bring home an entire bucket of sunshine. 🌼🌼
