Just a quick update folks….unfortunately I am not able to make out for deliveries today but will be out in lawrence Saturday morning for deliveries. This will also allow me time connect with everyone personally who reached out, that way all can enjoy the pleasures that Cito’s Queso offers! At the very beginning Cito’s Queso had only 2 spice options but with the help of local businesses and the gracious patrons of Lawrence that gave their feedback it turned into having 4 options!! It turned into what we have come to enjoy……. Mellow, Original, Mighty, & Kickin’!! I will be doing Lawrence deliveries this Thursday afternoon/evening on Oct 2nd. Well it’s that time again for more Queso making, and just in time too with the Super Bowl aroud the corner. So I will be making more this time around for those that missed last time….Arianna Auxter….and I know already a few of ya’ll have already reached out wanting a bit more than last go around. Will be doing deliveries Monday in both KC & Lawrence. Looking forward to seeing all ya’ll again and hopefully a few more than last time.

Ok folks just finished up KC deliveries and planning to delivery in Lawrence tmrw between 11-1. Inventory wise after the “on the books” Lawrence orders this is what is left and if there are any KC folks who missed out I can deliver tmrw Lawrence deliveries. So for Mellow(mild) there is only 1- 8oz container left. Original(medium) 2- 8oz & 7- 16oz. Mighty(hot) 2-8oz & 6- 16oz. Kickin(extra hot) 2- 8oz & 2 - 16oz tubs left. Orders can be placed thru Messenger. Heading out of town Monday so be getting while the getting is good…..Happy Holidays Ya’ll!

First chance to get some Cito’s Queso will be later on this evening at The KVKL championships in Lawrence @ 12th & Delaware @ 7pm till it’s over (bout 11)!! So come and grab some or bring some chips & beer and enjoy the evening! Will have 8oz containers & 16oz tubs of Mellow, Original, Mighty & Kickin (i.e. Mild, Medium, Hot, & Extra Hot)!!

Well folks it’s time to get the Queso flowing again!! There has been an enormous amount of encouragement this year to start selling Cito’s Queso and seems like folks are just itching to have it back. At this point from a business aspect the Queso needs to have a longer shelf life to make this grow into a business that can lead to Great things. So over the next couple of months we will be making small batches bi-monthly with minor tweaks to achieve this goal of a longer shelf-life. We could use the help and support of all those who have been there from the beginning or those who have been introduced to it by a friend. Starting today there will be a trial period where Queso will be available in limited quantities to limited areas. We will be making small batches weekly to be delivered within the Lawrence & KC areas!! We will be choosing a certain weekday to deliver in Lawrence and same goes for KC…so please reach out and let’s see where things can go!! To help in this process simply put an order in for a Queso purchase thru messenger and then leave a comment of your opinion of the minor adjustments! Thanks and looking forward to bringing back good food to good people!
