This morning I harvested purple cauliflower, kale, and broccoli from the farm. By this evening, it’s all been prepped, chopped & added into the bowls for tomorrow! I’m not sure it gets much fresher than that.
Summer Bowl — Bbq tofu, roasted purple cauliflower, slaw, pumpkin seeds, pickled onions, microgreens & a creamy bbq ranch dressing.
Garden Pasta Salad — durum wheat pasta, broccoli & kale, cucumbers, artichokes, cherry tomatoes tossed in a house-made vinaigrette.
We’ll also have:
• Tuscan Kale & Bean Salad
• Asian Noodle Salad
• Piña Colada Protein Bites
• Strawberry PB & Banana Oats
• Sourdough Bagel Sandwiches
• Raw Snickers
Plus bags of kale, broccoli crowns, & purple cauliflower. Pop by tomorrow from 9 am — 6 pm to treat yourself to something nourishing 🌱
