Our storage facility can be accessed from Massey Avenue or through Best Western Motel parking lot. We offer competitive rates.

Pack Rat Storage is owned by Brandon and Shonda Long. For your convienence payments can be made 7 days a week at Big Chief's Market, 552 Weakley Creek Road, Lawrenceburg or mailed to the same address.

February MOVE IN SPECIAL.

All new tenants who move into our units during the month of February will receive their 2nd month free. We rent on a month to month basis, so you will never be required to sign a long term contract.

All new tenants must provide 2 references.

Also, we plan to have a storage auction on Saturday, February 11th at 11:00 am. At this time there are 7 units scheduled for auction.

For all NEW customers we will offer a special for you. Pay for December and get January rent for free.

Also we will begin offering a $5 per month discount on any unit size 10x10 and up if you setup your monthly rent on automatic draft!

The first ever storage building auction will take place on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 am.
We will be auctioning 4 units at that time.
Each unit will be auctioned separately. Payment must be in the form of cash the day of auction. No personal checks will be accepted.

Unit 50 10x20 unit

Also if anyone would like to reserve one of these units for rent I will offer a day of auction special. Pay for 3 months upfront and get the 4th month for free.

Spring is here at last! And we have one of our large units available for rent. It's a 10x30 unit. So if you've been putting off cleaning out your garage or house in fear of where you'd store it all, this unit has all the space you would need to do so.
This unit rents for $75 per month. If you wish to pay for 3 months upfront it will be $180 for the first 3 months then $75 for each month thereafter.

Pack Rat Storage has a spring move in special. Rent a unit at our facility and pay for 2 months upfront and get the 3rd month free. We have units from $25-$60 per month available. All units on a month to month rental basis so no longer term contracts required.
